What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 3 and 8pm, and check-out is between 8-10am. this schedule can be modified upon request.

If I am arriving late in the evening, is it a problem?

Yes  of course, we accept visa, mastercard and cartasi.

Prices include breakfast  for rooms and various other gratuities such as access to WiFi and museums reservation. (breakfast on request for apartaments-extra).

Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 10:00am.

We will do our best to accommodate special requests.

Our kids are travelling with us, should we let you know?
Yes. Kids under twelve years old stay free in their parent’s room.  We can add a cradle in the room at no cost. Extra beds must be booked in advance since they do not fit in all room types.

Our pet usually travels with us.  Are we going to have to leave it at home?
Small domestic pets are welcome, we do however ask you to inform us in advance.
